2018- 06- 13 harbin.gov.cn

Harbin residents fish on the banks of the downtown section of Songhua River on June 11. Water levels have recently began rising in the section as a result of increased runoff upstream. As of 8am on June 11, the water levels were 114.43 meters. Songhua River has been experiencing a period of drought for the past month. Water levels were recorded at 113.55 meters on May 29, the lowest level recorded in 11 years, resulting in the exposure of the riverbed in some shallow areas. [Photo/MY399.COM]
